Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Shipshape products and services you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using Shipshape on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
2. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us at security@shipshape.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Service-pro applications
Submitting an application through LaunchPad does not guarantee acceptance into the Shipshape service-pro network. We evaluate applications based on operational fit, market coverage, and quality standards.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service: no reverse engineering, no unauthorized scraping, no circumventing security measures, no use that violates applicable law. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
5. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
