When you apply to join the Shipshape service-pro network we collect your business contact information (name, email, phone, company, service area) and the information you voluntarily provide during onboarding. When you use Shipshape products we also collect operational data necessary to deliver the service (e.g. device telemetry, account activity, message history).
2. How we use it
We use your information to provide the Shipshape service, to communicate with you about your account, to improve our products, and to comply with applicable law. We do not sell your personal information.
3. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (including California, Canada, and the EU), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal information. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@shipshape.ai.
4. Data retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service. After account closure we retain only the records required by law (e.g. tax and audit).
